The tragic accident on the set of Midnight Rider, a movie on the life of Gregg Allman, has resulted in another lawsuit.

Camera assistant Sarah Jones was killed on February 20 after a train accident on a trestle bridge.

Now, a camera assistant named Antonyia Verna is filing a lawsuit against Gregg Allman and various entities associated with the movie's production.

Her lawsuit follows one from Sarah Jones' parents and a suit from hairstylist Joyce Gilliard.  According to the Hollywood Reporter Verna says she suffered, "serious physical injuries, medical and other necessary expenses, post-traumatic stress, mental anguish, lost income, and mental and physical pain and suffering."

Verna notes that several crew members were forced to run towards the oncoming train in order to get off of the track.

Allman has denied public comment, but has questioned why he is included in the suits.  He actually sued to stop production of the movie after the incident.
